Police solve mystery of woman's body in Karachi’s DHA
In a rapid response, Karachi police have successfully identified the woman whose body was discovered in DHA Phase VII within 24 hours and are now conducting intensive raids to apprehend the suspected murderer.
SHO Defence Police Station, Shaukat Hayat Awan, confirmed that the victim, identified as Hasina, was found near Fatima Masjid on Friday night.
The investigation has swiftly led to the identification of a suspected culprit, Hazratullah, who had been living with Hasina for the past one and a half years. The couple had recently moved to a house in Qayyumabad a month ago.
Hazratullah has been arrested, and further details surrounding the circumstances of the murder are expected to emerge during the course of the investigation.
Shaukat Hayat revealed that Hazratullah and his cousin, Shoaib, are potentially involved in the woman's murder, hailing from the Tak area of Waziristan.

The police received confidential information about a house in Qayyumabad where a woman and a man had been missing since November 14. Acting on this tip, the police raided the specified location, discovering an old photograph of the deceased in wedding attire, along with photocopies of her and Hazratullah's identity cards, clothes, and other personal items.
While the motive behind Hasina residing with Hazratullah remains unclear, attempts are underway to locate the deceased woman's heirs, who are believed to be from Rahim Yar Khan. In the absence of any identified relatives, the police are prepared to file a case in the name of the state.

The rented house where Hasina lived has been a focal point of the investigation, and the police have gathered information from the landlord. However, a conclusive determination of the cause of death awaits the post-mortem report.
The police have collected evidence related to the murder and are actively conducting investigations to apprehend all those involved in this tragic incident.
